This Day That Age
The President has accepted the resignation, on grounds of ill-health, of the Chief Justice of India, Mr. Bijan Kumar Mukherjee , and has appointed Mr. Justice Sudhi Ranjan Das, as the permanent Chief Justice with effect from February 1, says a communiqué issued by the Home Ministry.
