THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Russia is willing to provide technology to develop titanium sponge and rare metals, Vladislav V. Antonyuk, Consul-General of Russian Federation in South India, said. Inaugurating a seminar on `New horizons - Indo-Russian cooperation in metallurgy,' organised by the Russian Cultural Centre, Trivandrum Chamber of Commerce and Travancore and Titanium Products here on Tuesday, Mr. Antonyuk said cooperation between the two countries should not be confined to diplomatic and cultural realms alone; it should be extended to other sectors, including trade and metallurgy, he said.
