Paving way for a problem
Quite often, law-enforcers themselves turn law-breakers. This picture is just one example.
As if to complete the haphazard parking of vehicles by the public, a police personnel (going by the number plate) has parked his motorbike blocking the pavement on North Veli Street.
Parking of vehicles blocking movement of other vehicles and pedestrians is not an uncommon sight in the city. Many platforms, meant for pedestrians, serve as temporary parking places for two-wheelers and, sometimes, smaller cars too.
