Final voter list to be ready on February 15

Pondicherry: The final voters lists with the photos of the voters will be published on February 15 instead of January 31 as announced earlier. A release from the Joint Chief Electoral Officer of Pondicherry P.T. Rudra Goud said here today that the Photo Electoral Rolls covering all the 30 Assembly constituencies in the Union Territory would be on display at all premises of polling stations and at the offices of Electoral Registration and Assistant Registration Officers for the verification by the people from February 15 to February 21. The rescheduling of the date of final publication of electoral rolls has been done in agreement with the directives of the Election Commission, Mr Goud said.
