Vasundhara-Kunal duo set to rock Music Academy

Special Correspondent

The event will be held on February 4 in Chennai

CHENNAI: Young voices will rule the night at a music show coming up on February 4 at the Music Academy in Chennai.

Actor-singer Vasundhara Das teams up with "Bheege Hoonth Tere.." fame Kunal Ganjawala in a fund-raiser organised by the Round Table of India for its numerous projects, including the `Freedom through Education' campaign which aims to educate one million underprivileged in the country by 2008.

While Vasundhara has several hits to her credit under the baton of virtually every leading music composer, including Ilayaraja, A.R. Rahman and Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy; Kunal, who claims to have literally found his voice only when he was "ragged" into singing by his seniors at Mumbai's Elphinstone College, is the new playback sensation in Bollywood.

The event will be hosted by Madras Sterling Round Table 123. Tickets are available at Landmark, Mocha and Odyssey.
