Calsoft modifies rights issue ratio

CHENNAI: California Software Company Limited (Calsoft) has modified the terms of its proposed rights issue. The company will now come out with a rights issue in the ratio of 7:10. Earlier, it had proposed a 1:1 rights issue and planned to issue 49.21 lakh equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each for cash.
