Students of National Institute of Technology, Tiruchi, have had much to cheer about the past few days, what with the technical fete, `Pragyan' being organised on the campus. Let alone celebrating technology, the event was also a venue to celebrate good spirit and the affiliation towards the institution. The inaugural was marked by the presence of some of the top people from a leading information technology company. What came as a surprise to the audience was that the chief guest and the guest of honour were both alumni of the college, who shared their excitement. "I have been onstage to compere a few such events during my college days. It's a pleasure being here again to be at the same spot in the capacity as a chief guest," Karthikeyan Krishnaswamy, Head of the Strategic Initiatives of the Tata Consultancy Services, shared. Needless to say, the audience met the words with a thunderous applause.
