Nellore: Though the administration claims that it has provided all facilities for visitors to Sullurpet for the 3-day `Flamingo Festival' from February 3, areas like Nelapattu birds sanctuary face water scarcity. This is a compulsory stop for visitors. But there is no proper water supplyand for those going beyond the sanctuary, it is almost a `no water zone'. The guest-house at Nelapattu too has no proper water and power supply. Constructed by Panchayat Raj Department, amidst fanfare and publicity, the maintenance is not up to mark.
