Belgaum: Maruti Parshuram Kugaji representing Yellur was elected President and Vaishali Vasant Sanadi representing Agasgi Vice-President of Belgaum Taluk Panchayat here on Tuesday. Both of them, who are members of Maharashtra Ekikaran Samithi (MES), were elected unopposed. In the 40-member taluk panchayat, the Samithi enjoys the majority with 25 members.
