Separate forms for SC/ST applicants

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Candidates in the SC/ST category applying for the engineering/medical entrance examinations should use the pink form costing Rs.350, a press note issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations here on Tuesday said. Children of couples of mixed marriage who are eligible for the same reservation should also apply in this form.

Such candidates should not apply in the form for the general category or use the forms that can be downloaded from the Internet.

In the pink form, candidates should specify their community in column 15 and also get the community certificate from the tahsildar in the application itself. In the OMR sheet, such candidates should write SC or ST against column nine and should darken the appropriate circle there.
