CHENNAI: The Sri Bharati Tirtha Trust, Sringeri and Sringeri Bharati Vidhyasramam, Chennai, have jointly announced an essay competition at the State-level for school students in connection with the 56th birthday celebrations of Sri Bharati Tirtha of Sringeri Sharada Peetam. The competition is open to students of standards IX/XI. The students can select any one of the topics — "Advaitam kaatum vaazhkai neri," "Oppatra Mahan Sri Adi Sankarar," "Pottrutharkuriya Sri Sringeri Mahangal" and "Desiya Orumaipaatil Ilaignar Sakti."
