MCH bags e-Governance award

HYDERABAD: The MCH has bagged the Golden Icon National Award 2005 for its project `Hyderabad First' for exemplary innovation in e-Governance under the category of `Professional excellence for process re-engineering,' according to a press release.

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Government of India, has instituted the award. Mayor Teegala Krishna Reddy and Commissioner of MCH Sanjay Jaju will receive the award at the ninth national conference on e-Governance to be held in Kochi from February 2 to 4.
