HYDERABAD: Four persons have been arrested on the charge of snatching chains from women in different parts of the city during the past one year. Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, West Zone DCP Amit Garg said in the first case the Jubilee Hills police arrested G. Prabhu Das (19) and G. Ram Babu (23). Their accomplice P. Rambabu (22) is still at large.
Modus operandi
Their modus operandi was that one would snatch the chain and flee while the others would mislead passers-by acting as if they were chasing him.
