DCA's e-governance launch on Feb. 18

NEW DELHI: The Ministry of Company Affairs is ready to implement `MCA21', its e-governance initiative, by launching the pilot project in Coimbatore on February 18. Once in place, it would enable an entrepreneur to register a company online within a few days. The project is being implemented by Tata Consultancy Services at a cost of Rs. 340 crore.
