L&T acquires Spectrum Infotech

BANGALORE: Larsen and Toubro Limited (L&T) has entered into a memorandum of understanding for acquiring 100 per cent shareholding in the Bangalore-based defence electronics and aerospace research and development firm, Spectrum Infotech Pvt. Ltd., for an undisclosed amount.
