Platinum jubilee of Karnataka Bank's branch
CHENNAI:
Karnataka Bank is aiming at a market share of one per cent in three years against its present share of 0.6 per cent, which itself represented a doubling of the figure in the past three years, according to the bank's chairman, Ananthakrishna. Addressing a meeting on Thursday to celebrate the platinum jubilee of the bank's first branch in the city at Thambu Chetty Street, he said the bank believed in personalised service and emotional relationship with its customers. A few long-standing customers of the bank were honoured on the occasion.
