Scandent division bags $34 m order

BANGALORE: Albion, a division of Scandent Solutions Corporation, has won an order worth $34 million from the U.S. State of Tennessee to provide online services for its welfare programmes. Under the deal awarded by the state's human service department, Albion will provide comprehensive automated support for temporary assistance for needy families (TANF), food stamps, medicaid and TennCare as well as other state supported programmes, a statement from Scandent said.
