Air traffic normal at Mumbai
Special Correspondent
MUMBAI:
Air traffic was normal at the airport here on Friday, the third day of the nationwide strike by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) employees against the Government's move to privatise Mumbai and Delhi airports.
A strong police posse guarded the main entrance of the departure terminal and kept the agitating employees out.
Passenger traffic was normal. Airport sources said steps were taken to ensure that essential and perishable cargo movement was not hampered.
