Staff Reporter

Detailed inquiry demanded on misbehaviour of the ASP with the Judicial First Class Magistrate

PATHANAMTHITTA: The Pathanamthitta Bar Association has reiterated its demand for suspension of Additional Superintendent of Police Sidhardh Sashni and a detailed inquiry into the incident of the ASP's reported misbehaviour with the Judicial First Class Magistrate, V.Sathesshkumar, during a road check in the town on Sunday night.

Addressing a press conference here on Friday, Bar Association president Abraham Mannaickal and secretary K. Shaileshkumar have alleged that the reported misbehaviour of the judicial officer on duty by the ASP was nothing short of challenging the judicial system itself.

They also alleged that the Police Special Branch in the district has been conspiring to forge documents maligning the judicial officer.
