Drive that makes a difference

Staff Reporter

CHENNAI: It is a women's car rally for a cause. Child Relief and You (CRY), along with Ford, will organise `Motocause' on February 5 to help women drivers do their bit to support child rights.

The rally, being held in the city for the first time, will start from Raheja Towers at 11 a.m. and end at Hotel Green Park in Vadapalani.

There are three levels of participation — one each for novice, regulars and corporates. The entry fee for the first two categories is Rs.1,000, while a corporate entry is priced at Rs.5,000.

Winners will get prizes from Jainsons, Panasonic, Club Mahindra, Naturals, Mahavir Optics and Fitness One.

So, if you think you can drive around and make a difference, collect your entry forms either from the CRY office in Mylapore (Ph: 42080019) or the Madras Motors Sports Club on TTK Road (Ph: 24990998).

Forms are also available on www.cry.org.

The last date for submitting entries is February 4.
