HUBLI: The Hubli Branch of SIRC (Southern Indian Regional Council) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has been selected for "Best branch" award for 2005. The national level award has been instituted by ICAI and is awarded based on the activities of branches, Anand Potnis, Chairman of the Hubli branch, has said in a press release.
