Thiruvananthapuram: Abdul Hatab (25), a resident of Koppam, Thonnakkal, was run over by a speeding vehicle in the early hours on Friday, while he was trying to cross the road on his cycle. — Staff Reporter

Couple commits suicide

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Anitha, 38, and Satheesh Kumar, 27, both residents of Parangimamoodu Vilayil, Aryanad, committed suicide on Friday after their family members opposed to the relationship, the police have said.
