Power cut in many areas

Bangalore: There will be no power supply in many areas on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. due to quarterly maintenance work at the 66/11 kV Banashankari MUSS by Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Ltd. (KPTCL).

The areas that will be affected are Srinagar, Girinagar (all phases), Avalahalli, Hanumanthanagar, Mysore Bank Colony, Srinivasanagar, Kalidasa Layout, Nagendra Block, Muneshwara Block, Raghavanagar, Banashankari First Stage, Tyagarajanagar, Bull Temple Road, Kempe Gowda Nagar. Shankar Math Road, parts of Ranga Rao Road, Nippan HT, Bank Colony, Srinivasanagar, 100 ft Ring Road, Ittamadu Area, AG's Layout, Vinayakanagar, Vivekanandanagar, Vidyapeeta Circle, Balajinagar, Bangarappanagar, part of Kamakya, 4th, 6th, 7th Block of 2nd Phase of Banashankari 3rd Stage, Gerehalli, Dattatreyanagar, Dwarakanagar, D'Souza Nagar, Hosakerehalli, Kalidasanagar, Venkatappa Layout, Pushpagirinagar, Kerepaiye, NCRT, BDA Ittamadu, Bhuvaneshwarinagar and surrounding areas.

There will also be no power on Saturday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. in Chikkalsandra, AG's Layout, Ittamadu, Kadirenahalli, Gowdanapalya, Bank Colony, KSRTC Layout, Anjaneya Layout, Abbaiah Naidu Studio, Kanaka Layout, JHVCS Layout, Minaaznagar, Bendrenagar, Kadirenahalli Main Road and surrounding areas.

Consumers can call 12660 to lodge complaints.
