HYDERABAD: The seven-day yoga sadhana camp conducted by Yoga guru, Swami Ramdev Maharaj will commence here on February 6. The camp would be conducted at NTR stadium between 5 and 7 a.m. till February 12, Swami Ramdev Maharaj told reporters here on Saturday. The Yoga guru whose ashram was accused of allegedly using animal bones in manufacture of ayurvedic medicine has hinted that his well-wishers were planning legal action against the Rajya Sabha MP, Brinda Karat. Stating that the authorities have already collected samples of the drugs from his ashram, Swamji said he was confident that the findings would come in the favour of the ashram.
`False allegations'
He said it was a ploy of the multi-national companies to damage his popularity by levelling false allegations and trying to belittle yoga. He said lakhs of people had benefited through yoga. He said patients suffering from cancer, liver disorder and heart ailment were recovering after joining yoga classes. He said that yoga was gaining popularity and it was already included as curriculum in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
