`Lal Dora' demolition stay refused

New Delhi : Persisting with its stance that all the unauthorised structures in the Capital should go, the Delhi High Court on Monday declined to grant any interim relief against the ongoing demolition drive being carried out in the Lal Dora area which is the hub of several prominent lifestyle product showrooms.

The court, however, posted for further hearing on Tuesday, a fresh petition filed by a group of fashion designers including Rohit Bal seeking stay of the demolitions against their outlets being carried out in the `Lal Dora' area.
