Gujarat traders get hate SMS

Bhuj: A complaint of "hate SMS" on mobile phones has been filed by four traders in the border town of Adesar in Gujarat's Kutch district.

Police here said traders have been receiving threatening and abusive SMS on their mobile phones for quite sometime. However, the mobile screens do not show the sender's number.

The telecommunication facility in the area is served by Hutch and BSNL.

Police said a team of four technicians from Hutch have gone to Adesar, but investigations so far have not led to any breakthrough.
