Dry weather likely in T.N.

CHENNAI: Dry weather prevailed over Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

Cold wave conditions prevailed over parts of north interior Karnataka, Telangana and north Tamil Nadu.

The minimum temperature fell appreciably at a few places over Kerala, at one or two places over Tamil Nadu, fell at a few places over rest Kerala, rest Tamil Nadu, fell at one or two places over coastal Karnataka, rose at one or two places over rest Tamil Nadu and changed little elsewhere over the region.

They were largely to markedly, below normal at one or two places over north interior Karnataka, Telangana, north Tamil Nadu, appreciably below normal at many places over Rayalaseema, at a few places over Kerala, rest north Tamil Nadu, at one or two places over rest north interior Karnataka, south interior Karnataka, below normal at one or two places over rest Tamil Nadu, rest Kerala, north coastal Andhra Pradesh and were generally normal over the rest of the region.

FORECAST (valid until Thursday morning): Maily dry weather will prevail over Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.
