MYSORE: V. Chandrashekar (79), former Principal of Manipal Institute of Technology, passed away at his residence here on Monday, following a heart attack. He was associated with Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and involved in many social activities in the city. He was former chairman of the Institution of Engineers, Mysore Chapter and NIE Alumni Association and the former District Governor of Rotary.
