Bangalore University to host Sadbavana 2006

BANGALORE UNIVERSITY is microcosm of the shrinking world of today; it has students from almost every region of India and many from overseas, some of Indian origin.

They will all come together and celebrate Sadbavana 2006 organised by the university, Pacer Foundation and the State Department of Youth and Sports.

The event will be held on Sunday at the Kanteerava Indoor Stadium.

Swami Sukhabodhanada, scientist Kasturi Rangan and singer Kavita Krishnamurthy are among the dignitaries who will speak.

Nearly 5,000 students from 50 colleges affiliated to the university are expected to participate in the event.
