VISAKHAPATNAM: Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Arun Prakash will arrive here on Friday to participate in the President's Fleet Review, to be held here from February 11 to 13. He will be accompanied by his wife Kumkum Prakash. The two important events, "Review of the Naval Fleet'' and the "Operational Demonstration'' will be held on February 12 off Ramakrishna Beach. The Eastern Naval Command has made elaborate arrangements for the smooth conduct of the Fleet Review. As many as 43 Indian Naval ships have already anchored off Ramakrishna Beach. The final dress rehearsal of the review, "Fly Past'' will be held on Friday at 9 a.m. by Vice-Admiral Sureesh Mehta, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, of the command.
