Jaleel flays IUML's stance on reservation
Staff Reporter
KOCHI:
The Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) has gone back on the promise made in the UDF's election manifesto that special recruitment will be held to fill vacancies in Government jobs, says C.H. Secular Forum State general secretary K.T. Jaleel.
Addressing presspersons here on Thursday, he said that for over four-and-a-half years, the IUML and Youth League have been organising stirs in the name of `special recruitment.' The reservation package announced by the Government has been discussed only by the Congress and the IUML. More discussions are needed on the issue, because there is a lot of confusion on how the package could be implemented, he said.
