1:1 bonus from Sterlite

Sterlite Industries India said it would issue bonus shares in the 1:1 ratio and reduce the face value of its equity shares to Rs. 2 each from Rs. 5 each.

Container Corporation

Container Corporation of India on Friday declared payment of second interim dividend at the rate of 25 per cent. The board has fixed March 6 as record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.

Crisil

The board of directors of Crisil at its meeting held on February 8, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 10 per share having nominal value of Rs. 10 each.

Shaw Wallace

Shaw Wallace & Co. has declared a 10 per cent interim dividend for 2005-06. For the purpose of payment of dividend, February 23 has been fixed as the record date.

Dredging Corporation

The board of Dredging Corporation of India has declared a 60 per cent interim dividend for 2005-06, that is, Rs. 6 per share of Rs. 10 each, at its meeting held on Friday.
