Six-wicket win for MCC

Mysore: Mysore CC registered a six-wicket win over Young Merchants Cricket Club in their league encounter in the Sri Gopalaswami Memorial cricket tournament played at the Gangothri Glades grounds here on Friday.

The scores: YMCC 167 in 33 overs (Vidya Sagar 55, Vishnu four for 48) lost to MCC 170 for four in 24.3 overs (Vinod 70).

MUCSC 169 in 41 overs (Sunil Kumar Jain 48, Puneeth five for 34) lost to Jaihind CC 171 for three in 33 overs (J. Kiran 45 not out, Naveen 44).
