Court order on wine shops at jatara site

HYDERABAD:
Justice V. Eswaraiah of the High Court on Friday directed the authorities to consider all the applications filed for setting up of retail wine outlets near Sammakka Sarakka jatara site in Warangal district.
The judge was disposing of a writ petition filed by Prasadaraju and others. The petitioners complained that the District Collector had directed that only tribals would be permitted to operate the outlets. The judge directed the authorities to consider the applications of everyone as per law.
Temple trust board
Meanwhile, a Division Bench directed the Government to look into the applications made for formation of trust board and appointment as trustee of Chilkur Balaji Temple within three months.
