PCO operators resent move on tariff
Special Correspondent
HYDERABAD:
The All-India Sanchar Seva PCO Society has strongly opposed the proposed move to introduce Re 1 tariff across the country from March 1 this year.
Society president G. Satyanarayana Reddy said the move would badly affect the interests of thousands of PCO operators, who earned their livelihood through the BSNL and MTNL services. He demanded that the PCO operators should get fifty paisa for providing the services.
