Metro-monorail debate

This refers to the article, `The metro-monorail debate' (Feb. 10). The Brazilian city of Curitiba has one of the world's most efficient and well-planned bus transportation systems, and it uses 30 per cent less fuel than other cities. India should consider adopting such a system in some of its cities.
