Governor's call for crusade against discrimination

CHANDIGARH: The Punjab Governor and Administrator of Union Territory of Chandigarh, S.F. Rodrigues, has in a message on the eve of Parkash Utsav of Sri Guru Ravi Dass called for launching a crusade against discrimination based on caste, colour and creed. He has also emphasized the need to work together for creating an egalitarian society.

The General further said that Guru Ravi Dass was an apostle of peace and human brotherhood who preached the ideals of socialism, secularism, equality and fraternity.
