Delivering a special lecture on "Challenges in space" for the faculty members and postgraduate students studying at the Jnana Sangam campus of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) here on Monday, he stressed the need to work hard to ensure that India is second to none in the application of advanced technology to solve problems. Given the pace of advancement in science and technology, India will have its own jurisdiction in space in 15 years, he said.
