BELGAUM: The Second Judicial Magistrate First Class Court revoked on Tuesday a non-bailable warrant against Vishwa Hindu Parishad general secretary Praveen Togadia and two other co-accused in a case registered by the Camp police in 2003 pertaining to inflammatory speeches allegedly made by the accused. The Fourth JMFC Court had issued non-bailable warrants against Dr. Togadia, Pramod Mutalik, President of the Rashtriya Hindu Sena, and Venkatesh Apdev of Satara, vice-president of the VHP's Maharashtra unit. All the three accused appeared before the court on Tuesday morning. The court recalled the warrants following an application filed by Sachin Bichhu, the counsel for the accused, and posted the matter for April 24 for framing of charges.
