Mulayam meets Israeli envoy

NEW DELHI: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav met Israeli Ambassador David Danieli in Lucknow over the weekend, a spokeswoman for the Israeli Embassy here said on Tuesday.

The Ambassador, who addressed an agriculture conference, also met Governor T.V. Rajeshwar. Agriculture cooperation was said to be the focus of discussion between Mr. Yadav and Mr. Danieli.
