Aptuit to acquire InfoPro Solutions

BANGALORE: Aptuit Inc., a leader in drug development services, announced that it will acquire InfoPro Solutions, an information technology services company that delivers application systems to pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers using cutting-edge web technologies. The acquisition will enhance Aptuit's offering by incorporating InfoPro Solutions' clinical information technology systems within Aptuit's global packaging and logistics services.
