Nominated to Rajya Sabha

NEW DELHI: President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam has nominated Kapila Vatsyayan, Shobhana Bhartia of Hindustan Times and filmmaker Shyam Benegal to the Rajya Sabha. They will fill the vacancies caused by the retirement of three nominated members, an official release said here on Thursday.
