Asadhyudu (Telugu) Cast: Kalyanram, Diya Sarma, Ravi Kale, Charanraj, Vinodkumar, Chalapati Rao Director: Anil Krishna. Debutant director Anil Krishna tried to cash in on the image of Kalyanram whose recent `Athanokkade' was a big hit and it worked well to some extent. The director made an attempt to further boost the image of the hero. Poor screenplay in the first half made the film unimpressive. But the second half, with some action scenes, keep the tempo. Pardhasaradhi alias Pardhu (Kalyanram) is the son of a lecturer (Chalapati Rao). He just can't tolerate injustice and that is the reason, he gets suspended from colleges wherever he joins. Madhuri (Diya Sarma), daughter of a local don Raghunath (Charanraj), falls in love with him. Knowing fully well that accepting her love is inviting troubles, Pardhu keeps mum. Prakash (Ravi Kale) is a smuggler in Vizag. He creates terror with the help of his brother Tambu. Pardhu had a tiff with Tambu in Vizag and in the melee Tambu gets killed. Prakash develops grudge against Pardhu. When Madhuri and Pardhu were returning from an outing, they see some persons attacking Varadarajulu (Jeeva) and Pardhu, while trying to save him, gets stabbed. However, Varadarajulu visits the hospital and reveals that the goons have no intention to kill him and their target is Pardhu. Pardhu wants to know why Prakash is after him and decides to go to Vizag to settle the scores. How Pardhu faces Prakash is the remaining part of the film. Kalyanram does fights and dances with ease. Music by Chinna is impressive.
