Mystery shrouds man's death

VIJAYAWADA: A 21-year-old man died under suspicious circumstances at Pundit Nehru Bus Station on Thursday.

The Krishnalanka police identified the man as Maganti Venkata Satyanarayana, a resident of Seri Gullepalli and student of B.Sc. final year in A.N.R. College in Gudivada.

The police found that Satyanarayana came to the city last night and consumed pesticide on the bus station premises. The reasons for his death are yet to be known. The Penamaluru police fished the body of a 35-year-old man from the Bandal Canal near K.C.P. Colony in Tadigadapa on Thursday.

The police found cement coloured trousers and dark colour shirt on the body. The body was shifted to the mortuary in General Hospital.
