Committee to look into complaints of students

Special Correspondent

Bangalore: The Syndicate of Bangalore University at its meeting on Friday appointed a committee to inquire into the complaints of students of the Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath.

The committee will not inquire into charges of sexual harassment made by some students because the university rules require a separate committee to look into that.

The committee will be chaired by Syndicate member Devaki Jain and its members include Kodandaramaiah, Director of Collegiate Education, and Chandramma, Principal, Malleswaram Ladies' Association College.
