CHENNAI: The Chennai-based broadcasting company Sun TV Ltd. on Saturday said in a statement that "it has no intention of starting/entering the business of mobile telephone or broadband." Denying a PTI report published in The Hindu of February 18, the company said: "we have only stated in our offer document (submitted to the Securities and Exchange Board of India) that we will distribute our content through various platforms, one of which is mobile telephone, for example accessing tele-serial clips etc, through mobile phones and broadband."
