Allsec extends call monitoring service

CHENNAI: Allsec Technologies, engaged in business process outsourcing and voice-based customer contact management services, has tied up with SalesForce Australia to offer call quality monitoring services to the Australian and New Zealand markets. SalesForce Australia claims it is the largest provider of outsourced contact centres in Australasia with over 40 blue chip clients and 2,500 employees. Under the three-year agreement, conversation of calls made to a call centre will be randomly picked and sent to Allsec for monitoring the quality of services done by a call centre operator.
