ONGC to buy SPIC Petro

NEW DELHI: The Chairman of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Subir Raha, said on Tuesday that the company had completed due diligence for acquisition of SPIC Petrochemicals and Tidewater Oil.
