BANGALORE: Karnataka Golf Association beat Bangalore Golf Club 10 1/2 - 7 1/2 in the ninth inter-club tournament held at the KGA recently. On the opening day BGC led by 4-2 after the completion of the doubles matches but on the second day KGA proved too good winning the singles matches 8 1/2 to 3 1/2. The results: Doubles: B.N.S. Reddy & David D'Souza (KGA) lost to K.N. Shanth Kumar & Anand Srinivasan (BGC); Albert Mya Sen & C.S. Harsha (KGA ) bt D.S. Rawat & Arjun Srivatsa (BGC); Pramod Kurian & Sanjeev Mehera (KGA) halved with K.R. Sridhar & A.B. Bharat (BGC); Riad Mahmmod & Sharan Makhija (KGA) halved with Arjun Ramesh & R.N. Shashank (BGC); Sanjai Singh & Hitesh Joshi (KGA ) lost to C. Sunder & Prabath Yadav (BGC); Shreepad Renu & Dhruv Jouhari (KGA) lost to Ambitabh Poddar & Pradeep Krishna (BGC). Singles (KGA Members' names first): BNS Reddy lost to K.N Shanth Kumar; David D'Souza bt Arjun Srivatasa; Albert Mya Sen bt D.S. Rawat; Hitesh Joshi bt Pradeep Krishna; Shreepad Renu halved with Arjun Ramesh; Dhruv Jouhari bt A.V. Bharath; Sanjai Singh bt Prabath Yadav; C.S. Harsha lost to R.N.
