Salem: Bharathiar University (Coimbatore) opened its campaign with a 20-11 win over MS University (Baroda) in its opening fixture of the South West Zone inter university kho-kho tournament at the Periyar varsity grounds here on Tuesday. Host Periyar University also began its outing on a positive note scoring a 23-8 win over JNT University.
